Delete your account and data

How it works

1. Fill in the form with the name and email (or phone number) you used in the app or on the website.
2. We contact you to check that the request really comes from you.
3. We delete the account and the data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

Data we delete

• Your account data: name, email, phone number and profile information.
• The quote requests and messages sent from the app or the website.
• The preferences and usage data linked to your account.

Data we may keep

• Only the documents the law requires us to keep (for example invoices for services purchased), for the period set by law (in Italy up to 10 years).
• Backup copies are automatically overwritten within 30 days.
