We are D-DevForce, the developer of Traslochi Premium — a mobile application that gives you quick access to Traslochi Premium's moving and relocation services, quotes, coverage areas, and company information.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Traslochi Premium Android application (package: com.ddevforce.traslochipremium). By using the app, you agree to the data practices described in this policy. The app does not require account registration — you can use it completely anonymously.
1. What the App Does
Traslochi Premium is a mobile application that provides:
- Information about our moving and relocation services, quotes and coverage areas
- Interactive navigation drawer with links to services, maps, website and social media
- WebView-based content pages displaying our services, HTML content and external web pages
- QR code scanning functionality to access location-based content
- Dark and light theme modes for comfortable reading in any environment
- Push notification alerts for offers, service updates and app updates
- In-app links to social media profiles, contact options (phone, email, WhatsApp) and external websites
The app does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to access content. All content is provided through an administrator-managed backend and publicly available web sources.
No registration required. The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials. You remain anonymous while using the app.
2. Data We Collect
The app collects minimal technical data necessary for functionality, content delivery, stability and advertising. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or financial data.
| Data Type | What Is Collected | Purpose | Shared? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anonymous Device ID | A randomly generated device identifier, never linked to your personal identity | Technical stability, session management | Server only |
| Device Information | Device manufacturer, model name, Android OS version | Compatibility checks, debug reporting | Server only |
| IP Address | Your current IP address (standard HTTP request header) | Server-side logging, approximate region detection | Server only |
| App Usage Data | Which pages or menu items are accessed (anonymous count) | Improve content quality and navigation structure | Server only |
| Advertising ID | Google Advertising ID (GAID) — you can reset or opt out at any time | Personalised advertising by ad network SDKs | Ad networks |
| Firebase Analytics | Anonymous in-app events and usage metrics | App performance monitoring and improvement | Google Firebase |
| Push Token | FCM token or OneSignal user ID (a random device identifier) | Delivering push notifications about new content | FCM / OneSignal |
| Approximate Location | Coarse geolocation requested only if WebView content explicitly requires it and you grant permission | Map and location-based content, e.g. service area or directions (optional) | Local / WebView only |
| Camera (QR Scanner) | Camera access used solely for scanning QR codes in real time — no photos stored | QR code-based navigation within the app | Local only |
Data We Do NOT Collect
- ✖ Name, email address, phone number or any personal identity data
- ✖ Precise GPS location (only coarse location, optionally, for map features)
- ✖ Photos, videos or files from your device storage
- ✖ Contacts, calendar or social media accounts
- ✖ Passwords or payment information
- ✖ Microphone access or audio recordings
Android Permissions Used
| Permission | Why It Is Needed |
|---|---|
| INTERNET | Load app content, web pages, images and communicate with the content server |
| ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | Check if an internet connection is available before loading content |
| ACCESS_WIFI_STATE | Detect Wi-Fi availability for optimised content loading |
| POST_NOTIFICATIONS | Show push notifications about offers or app updates (Android 13+, requires your permission) |
| CAMERA | Used exclusively for the built-in QR code scanner — no photos or videos are captured or stored |
| ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION (optional) | Requested only when a WebView content page requires geolocation (e.g., interactive maps). Never accessed in the background. |
| WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android ≤ 9 only) | Save downloaded files (e.g., PDF guides) from WebView content to device storage |
| READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android ≤ 12 only) | Access previously downloaded files from device storage |
| VIBRATE | Haptic feedback for app interactions and QR code scan confirmation |
The app requests camera permission only at the moment you use the QR scanner. Location permission is requested only when WebView content explicitly requires it. Both are optional and the app functions normally without them.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To deliver app content — load service pages, images, maps and information via the app's WebView and navigation system
- To display advertising — ad revenue allows us to keep the app free; ads are delivered by Google AdMob based on your Advertising ID
- To send push notifications — inform you about offers, service updates or app updates (you can disable at any time)
- To monitor app performance — anonymous Firebase Analytics events help us understand how users interact with content
- To improve content navigation — anonymous page-view counts help us prioritise the most useful sections and features
- To ensure security — detect abuse or unusual API activity based on IP and device ID
We do not use your data to build personal profiles, sell your data, or share it with parties unrelated to the app's functionality.
4. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs
The app is free and supported by advertising. We integrate third-party SDKs that may collect your Advertising ID and technical device information for the purpose of showing relevant ads and tracking anonymous usage metrics.

Advertising ID & Opt-Out
Google AdMob uses the Google Advertising ID (GAID) to serve relevant ads. You can control this at any time:
- Android 12 and below: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation
- Android 13+: Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID
- You can also reset your Advertising ID at any time from the same menu
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK or Switzerland, the app displays a GDPR consent prompt on first launch (powered by Google UMP SDK). You can choose whether to allow personalised advertising. Without consent, only non-personalised ads will be shown.
5. Push Notifications
The app may send push notifications to inform you about offers, service updates, or app updates. To do this, we use:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — provided by Google
- OneSignal — a third-party notification management platform
When the app registers for push notifications, a push token (a random device identifier assigned by FCM or OneSignal) is stored on our server. This token is not linked to your personal identity.
To disable push notifications: Go to your Android system settings → Apps → Traslochi Premium → Notifications, and turn off notifications. You can also deny the notification permission when prompted at first launch.
6. Local Storage on Your Device
The app stores the following data locally on your device only — this data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
- App theme preference — your choice of light or dark mode
- App configuration cache — cached server URL and content configuration (contains no personal data)
- WebView cache — temporary storage of web page assets (images, HTML) for faster loading; can be cleared in Android settings
- Ad consent status — your GDPR advertising consent choices stored locally
- Notification preferences — your push notification subscription status
- Downloaded files — any PDF guides or files you download from WebView content, stored in your device Downloads folder
All locally stored data is deleted when you uninstall the app or use Settings → Apps → Traslochi Premium → Storage → Clear Data.
7. External Links & WebView Content
The app displays content through an integrated WebView browser and navigation drawer. This may include links to:
- External websites — opened in your device's default browser or a custom in-app browser tab
- Google Maps and other mapping services — for directions and service locations
- Social media profiles — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram and Pinterest (opened in the respective apps or browser)
- Contact links — telephone numbers (
tel:), email addresses (mailto:) and WhatsApp links, opened in your system dialler, email app or WhatsApp
When you tap a link to an external website, social media platform or contact, you leave the Traslochi Premium app environment. Those third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.
All http:// and https:// links within HTML content pages are automatically opened in an external browser to ensure your browsing privacy and security.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited technical data only in the following circumstances:
- With Google AdMob — Advertising ID and device information for ad delivery and measurement
- With Google Firebase — anonymous usage analytics and push notification tokens
- With OneSignal — push notification tokens for notification delivery and management
- With law enforcement — only when legally required by a valid court order or applicable law in Italy, EU, or USA
- In a business transfer — if the app or developer entity is acquired or merged, data would be transferred with equivalent privacy protections in place
All third-party SDKs integrated in this app are governed by their own privacy policies. Links to their policies are provided in Section 4.
9. Data Retention
We retain technical data for the following periods:
| Data Type | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Server access logs (IP, device info, page views) | Maximum 30 days, then permanently deleted |
| Anonymous content view statistics | Indefinitely (aggregate totals only — not linked to any device) |
| Push notification tokens | Until the app is uninstalled or the token is renewed by the system |
| Local app data (settings, cache, downloads) | Until you uninstall the app or manually clear app data |
| Firebase Analytics data | Up to 14 months (Google default retention policy) |
10. Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect the data we process:
- HTTPS/TLS encrypted communication — all data exchanged between the app and our servers is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
- Anonymous identifiers only — device identifiers are never linked to personal identity data
- Minimal data collection — we collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the app (data minimisation principle)
- No passwords stored — the app does not handle user credentials of any kind
- Camera access scoped to QR scanning — camera is accessed only when the QR scanner is actively in use; no images are stored or transmitted
While we implement strong security measures, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. If you have security concerns, please contact us using the email in Section 15.
11. International Data Transfers
Our servers may be located in the European Union or United States. Third-party SDKs (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, OneSignal) may process data in the United States or other countries outside the EEA.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK or Switzerland: data transfers to third countries are made under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. You can request a copy of the applicable SCCs by contacting us.
By using the app, you acknowledge that your technical data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence.

- Right to Withdraw Consent — withdraw advertising consent at any time through the GDPR consent prompt (re-launch the app to access it again)
- Right to Lodge a Complaint — file a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA) in your country of residence
If You Are in California (CCPA)
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected, used and disclosed

Because the app does not require registration, we cannot identify you by name or email. All identifiers used are anonymous by design. For data deletion requests, please include your approximate device model and the timeframe of use so we can locate relevant server logs.
13. Children's Privacy
The Traslochi Premium app is a general-audience application and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain EU member states).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app may display advertising content which is subject to Google AdMob's content policies. Parental supervision is recommended when younger users access the app.
If you believe a child under 13 has used the app and you have concerns about their data, please contact us and we will take prompt and appropriate action, including deletion of any associated data.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, applicable law, or our data practices. When we make significant changes, we may notify you via a push notification or an in-app announcement.
The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
